"Decent site, but my latest visit felt a little confusing"
I did end up finding what I needed, but on my most recent visit I had to click around more than I expected. Some of the pages were clear, but the last few menus I dealt with felt kind of messy, so that’s what stuck with me. It’s not a bad site at all, just not as smooth or easy to navigate as it could be.

"It works, but it feels a little clunky"
I mean, the account options are there and I can manage what I need to, so that part is fine. But the pages can be laggy, which makes it feel kind of clunky overall. Not unusable, just... not as smooth as I’d like

I used digicelgroup.com to top up my phone, and umm, it did go through in the end, but the balance took longer than I expected to show up. I had to refresh and check a few times before it finally appeared. The bigger issue for me was the billing side. Sometimes the charge shows up with different wording in my bank app, so it’s not really clear what I actually paid for. Support was okay, just a bit slow. It’s not the worst site, but it feels kind of messy when all you’re trying to do is a quick top up.
"Pretty solid channel lineup"
I’d probably give Digicel around 4 out of 5 stars for their cable TV selection. There’s a good mix of channels, like sports, movies, news, and kids stuff, so the whole family usually has something to watch. I’d say maybe a handful of channels I like are missing from the basic package, which is a bit annoying, but overall it’s decent and definitely better than what I had before

"Promo details could be way clearer"
I tried signing up for a Digicel promo and, it seemed straightforward at first. But then I found out later I wasn’t even eligible. The site kind of makes it look simple, but the actual conditions aren’t explained clearly enough, or they’re just too easy to miss. I also reached out to support, and the answer I got was basic. It would really help if the rules were clearer upfront so people don’t waste their time.

"Still don’t have my number working"
So yeah, days later my number still isn’t working. I tried to port it over thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole process turned into a mess. I’ve been waiting and checking back, but nothing seems to be fixed yet. Frustrating experience overall.

"Pretty good data most of the time"
I’ve been using Digicel data for a while now and, it’s been good for the most part. Videos usually load fast, browsing feels smooth, and I don’t really have much to complain about on normal days. It does slow down a bit sometimes, especially in the evenings or when I’m in certain areas, but, yeah, it’s not too bad. For the price, I think it works fine. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the connection was a little more steady everywhere.

"Roaming setup had me completely lost"
I tried setting up roaming with Digicel before my trip, i was so confused the whole time. The website kept sending me from one page to another, and the instructions didn’t really match what I was seeing on my phone, so I wasn’t even sure if I was doing it right.
At one point I thought it was finally activated, but then I traveled and it still didn’t work. I ended up hunting for Wi-Fi just to check my messages, which was super annoying. Support didn’t really clear things up either, so the whole thing just felt like a frustrating mess.

I’ve used it for calling abroad a few times, and for the most part it works okay. The call quality is usually fine, though sometimes the audio cuts out a bit and I’m not sure if that’s the app or my connection. The rates also confuse me sometimes, so I keep double-checking what I’m being charged. Overall, it does the job, but I’m not totally sure I’d call it super reliable

I got the modem and router from Digicel, and at first it seemed solid. Setup was simple enough, and the WiFi reaches most of the house without much trouble. Speeds are usually fine, and the equipment itself doesn’t feel cheap. That said, I’ve already had to restart it twice in a month, and the signal keeps dropping a bit in the back room. It’s not a huge problem yet, but it does make me trust it a little less than I did at the start. Still giving it 4 stars because it works well most days...
"Calls Keep Dropping Everywhere"
The coverage has been really frustrating. My calls drop all the time, at home, in the car, at the grocery store, walking outside, even when I’m just sitting in one spot. I’ll be talking to someone and suddenly it cuts out, or they can’t hear me, or the call just ends for no reason. It’s happened during quick check-ins, work calls, calls with family, pretty much everything. I expected some dead spots here and there, but this feels constant.

"SIM setup was straightforward"
I activated my Digicel SIM on the website it was easy overall. The signal took a few minutes to kick in, but the steps were simple enough to follow. Wasn’t totally perfect, but nothing major to complain about.

"Canceling Was Such a Frustrating Experience"
I tried to cancel my contract, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to make several calls, and every agent seemed to tell me something different. I thought everything was finally taken care of, but then I still ended up getting billed afterward. The service itself was fine while I had it, but the whole process of leaving really left a bad taste. By the end, I just felt exhausted and really disappointed...

"Install Got Done, But It Felt Careless"
The home broadband install was finished in the end, and the internet seems to be working fine so far. But the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The tech showed up late, I had to call twice to get any update, and some of the handling just felt careless, like they weren’t really paying attention to the setup or my time. It works, but the experience could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Decent stores, but getting there can be a hassle"
I’ve been going to Digicel stores for a while now since my family and I use their service, and most times I can find a branch when I need help. The staff have usually treated me fine and sorted out what I came in for. My only real issue is that some locations aren’t that easy to get to, and a few are almost always crowded. Parking can be a headache too, especially if I’m just trying to make a quick stop. Overall, the stores are okay, but I do wish they were a bit more convenient and accessible.

"Streams keep cutting out at the worst times"
The app works here and there, but the streaming is really inconsistent for me. It buffers a lot and will randomly freeze in the middle of live games, usually right when something good is happening. I was watching on the couch the other night with a plate of tacos and it froze during a big play, which was frustrating. Support was polite enough, but the problem is still happening. For what I’m paying, I expected it to be a lot more reliable.
